ITALIA HAMPERS RECIPE OF THE MONTH - December
 
L'Uovo Pancetta

Prep time 20 mins
Serves 2


Melt the butter in a large non stick frying pan gently.

Add the pancetta and fry gently for 5 mins.

Break the eggs into the pan and stir, but try and keep the mixture nice and rough until eggs are cooked.

Add the cheese and stir through until the cheese has melted in.

Sprinkle in some Black and Red Pepper Mix.

Serve at once nice and hot with some chunky Italian Stone Baked Bread.

4 Eggs
50-100g Provolone Piccante Cheese (grated)
Black and Red Pepper
Knob of Butter
100g Diced Pancetta
